You know prices are not the best here but it is convenient and unlock big box stores where you have to search for help, the staff here are always easy to find. I appreciate the convenience when I need something quick and don't feel like driving up to Manchester and dealing with traffic.

I was there during the grand opening and I understand that they were busy. I only made a small purchase but when I went to check out the cashier would not let me use a $5 Ace reward that I had. The money isn't the issue, It was more the fact that when I tried to explain something to her, she had no interest whatsoever in listening to anything I had to say, and just shoo'd me away like a fly.

The lady manager with glasses was exceptionally rude and definitely tarnishes Ace's branding as the "helpful hardware folks". A shame, especially being a new store.

I grew up with Westlake Ace Hardware in Columbia Missouri. Now that they have moved to my house in Twin Oaks is amazing. No more Lowes or Home Depot. Better prices and more of a hometown feel..
