would leave a 0 star if I could, tried to get my prescription at 6:40 and they said come back in 15, so I came back a few minutes before they closed and no one was there lol. now I’m out of meds, thanks.

These people are SO RUDE!!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER in my life had an issue at a pharmacy until I dealt with the sassy little coward JACOB yesterday who was beyond rude from the get go, and then intentionally provoked me and purposely bent my ID before sending it back over to me at the drive up window. These people suck. Go literally anywhere else. They're all there to collect a check and nothing more. What a complete joke

Transfered here from CVS never had an issue with my Dr calling in a 90 day supply of my meds, however when it comes to walmart they only filled 30-days after denying a previous prescription.Wants to argue with the customer. Not a great start.

I had never used this pharmacy before (or any Walmart pharmacy.) The professional and helpful service I received, at the Highlands Blvd location, in order to locate and/or substitute product (due to seemingly non-existent drug supply for prescription refill) was outstanding. This time I was at the front of the line...next time I might be at the back and have to wait longer; the care when standing in front of the pharmacy tech was pleasant and solution based.

Have lost all trust. Was told there’s no record of my med even tho she just gave me a prescription for a different med so she didn’t look up the wrong name. I am extremely sketched out as to how there was no record of my meds when I was there in person and she’s telling me repeatedly there’s no record. So I called and there’s a record. I was told it would be looked into but i doubt it will be. I wouldn’t trust a word the pharmacist say.

I quit shopping here for a couple issues that happen in March 2021. Then thought I would give the store another shot. I was in line to check out and loaded my items on the belt. The chip reader quit working when the customer in front of me was trying to pay. The cashier ask team leader Liz for help. She told her how to reboot. Five minutes later it still did not work. Liz had another checker open up. Making a total of 3 checkers at after work rush hour. Of course the customers behind me moved to new line. I left my items and went to Liz and asked if I should load my items back in my cart and move. She said we are rebooting again might take five minutes. She then said that is why I called another checker to open. Well neither my checker or Liz ever said sorry for the wait. I proceeded to load all my 50items back in my cart while checker and Liz just stood waiting for reboot. No offer to help or etc. the employees here are the worst I have ever experimented my 50+ years. Dierbergs may cost more but worth being treated with respect.

My physician called in a prescription at least three hours before I came for pickup. I waited for 45 minutes in the drive-through lane, only to be told that they still had to check their voicemail. I was then told that they can’t fill my prescription and I had to wait for an additional 30 minutes. I drove back 30 minutes later and am still waiting.The staff weren’t even apologetic and never tried to make it easier. They are probably overworked/understaffed, but I still think they have many opportunities to make this better. I do not think I will come back again

I dropped off a prescription and the tech told me 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and they still had not even touched the prescription... it was not busy and the medication was in a bottle. All they had to do was put it in the bag and run it through insurance. Then, I came back and they said it wasn't ready.... they said another 20 minutes... after 20 minutes I came back and it still wasn't ready... They had not even ran it through insurance and she told me to hold on and she'd do it now. Long story short it wasn't covered under insurance and I had to wait 40 plus minutes to find out I couldn't get the prescription! I've had many problems with this pharmacy as far service. They are the worst pharmacy and they really need to improve their customer service. Do not use them.

I don't get the bad reviews. I ended up going here after CVS took over Schnucks. CVS is horrible to put in mildly. Wal-Mart has been fantastic! They are on the ball and go out of their way to help you!
