The pharmacy is useless. If there’s a problem with your prescription don’t expect them to call and tell you. If you call about a prescription don’t expect to get a straight answer. One pharmacist said my prescription would be ready the next day. When I went to pick it up, not only did they not have it ready, they didn’t show that I had a prescription at all. Total incompetence.

I really enjoy coming to this Walgreens. It's right down the street from my house. There's usually not a lot of people in it and when there are the weights not too long to get through the register. Also, if you get your medication here, they are really friendly with answering any questions that you have.also, the sales are really great and sometimes you can find some really amazing items on clearance.

Pharmacy here is terrible. As a working adult how do people pick up prescriptions with the hours of this location? It's in all my charts so default so I usually have to move my scripts in order to get them at the other locations around my home. Every other location has decent hours. You're lucky if they're open on a Thursday at 11a.

What can you say about Walgreens? It's a Walgreens. This location is clean, the employees (of the store), on the whole, are friendly but it's not one of the largest Walgreens ever. The pharmacy part, on the other hand, could use a little bit of help. They don't seem too concerned about your time. My wife and I both went in for flu and covid vaccines. We were there almost exactly an hour past our appointment times before we were called for the three minutes it took for the vaccines administrations. I don't know exactly how things would go for medications but from the little interaction we've had (and seen while we waited) they seem like they could do a little better.

Is zero stars an option? The pharmacy has a very narrow window of hours, and the entire staff takes a lunch brunch simultaneously. So, if you try to pick up your essential medication at that time, forget about it. Even when open, be prepared to be ignored for several minutes by the multiple people gabbing behind the counter. Also, the store is dirty. For a pharmacy and healthcare store, they should make fulfilling prescriptions and maintaining a clean store more of a priority.

This Walgreens at Sulphur Springs and Big Bend is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to. As soon as we moved and I started going here for my prescriptions, they have consistently been trouble. I had to submit my insurance card no less than three times within the same week. They screw up my prescription amounts, put me on automatic refills when I didn't ask for them, and straight-up don't listen. My doctor's office had to call them twice within hours because once wasn't enough, and lied when they said they had called him. They tried to override my doctor's orders, AND last week they thought I was on hold when I wasn't, and I heard the pharmacist cuss when I asked a question. Simply awful. Drive the extra mile and go somewhere else.

I pop in here all the time and I'm always greeted with a smile and a hello. A few of the people who see me in there a lot will chat with me while I'm checking out and it gives it that old corner shop feel. They're always running a special on something, and I think that every Walgreens needs to be as well laid out and organized as this one is.

I went to the pharmacy to purchase Claritin-D. I was asked if I wanted 12 or 24 hour variety which I responded 12 hour. After giving them my license, the box was scanned and put in the bag. I paid and left only to find out when I got home, I was mistakenly given the 24-hour variety. I went back to the pharmacy within 10 minutes to explain the mistake and exchange for the 12-hour variety. I was told there wasn't any returns for Claritin due to federal laws. I asked if anything could be done and I got the response that there was nothing that could be done. I then attempted to purchase the 12-hour variety and was told I couldn't do that because I was at the limit for purchasing Claritin. Very disappointing that the manager offered no restitution for the mistake of their employee. The receipt indicates the return value is $24.99. However, I was told, there were no returns. Walgreens makes a mistake, customer pays. Just doesn't seem right. (I'm assuming it was a mistake and not intentional).

Worst Walgreens pharmacy on earth. They are so rude they make people at the dmv seem friendly. They have shorted us meds before and they advertise they are open until 10pm but are not. When I complained they said yeah we know. Tell the manger. I hate this place. We are having all prescriptions moved to schnucks. When I told the manager we were going to change pharmacies actually laughed at me. Count your pills before you leave this place. People have actually called the police for that reason.
