I went to US bank to open an account for the first time today. I don't speak English and the lady at the reception was very kind and patient to go through the formalities for me. Finally helped me re-download and log into the app. The service is really good, I will introduce this shop to my friends.

One of the worst bank branch ever seen in my life. Can't believe how slow this branch is. Worst than that the bank manager doesn't even know how to talk and what to talk. Closed my account same day and opened it with Bank of America.W.M

Can't believe how slow this branch is. I had 2 cars in front of me. 1 more cars on each of the other 2 lane. After 40 minutes of waiting i am still here. If you had 1 lane and spent 10 minutes on each customer I would have been getting help now. Unbelievable

After bringing my older mother and aunt to this branch, we called ahead and were told that we could get documents notarized. While arriving there was a line in the commercial lane and that was the appropriate lane to see the notary. We called again and was told to come inside instead of staying in the long commercial line.As we arrived to the front entrance, the door was locked and was greeted by a very rude and flamboyant man. He asked if we had an appointment, didn’t let the older women a seat, and continued to let us stand in the foyer as if locked in a cage. If the notary was not ready we should of been told to wait in our car.After the rude man returned he told us the notary was on the phone and he’s be there shortly. My mother said she couldn’t stand very long and he walked away without offering a seat.After waiting 10 minutes Hamid came to the front door and told us we could only go through the bank by appointment only. He apologized for me misunderstanding, which was impossible, as to I had two others in the car who heard the verification on the phone to come into the drive through commercial lane.Once again we got into the car and sat at the commercial lane and told to wait!!! They were also having trouble with another customer, seems to me this bank is poorly run and without courteous employees. We waited 15 more minutes to then be greeted at the window. The ladies had filled out their paperwork while waiting, once submitted Hamid then returned it and made them resign the paperwork because he hadn’t witnessed the first signature which had been done at their window. In all honesty, to notarize something in a drive thru teller window is wrong, so ya, as I say this sarcastically, let’s have them resign to be truest official?? Also he then left with the paperwork so we couldn’t see the notary??? COME ON, no wonder Bank of America is where we have always chose to bank, we used US Bank for location. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

One of the worst banks for service. I have multiple accounts at the bank and when I received a deposited a check into my account, it was withheld because my son’s name was on the check and I had deposited the check into an account where his name was not on the account. How difficult is it for the bank to verify if I had multiple accounts or pick up the phone and call me. Now I have to wait until Monday to visit the bank to sort out. This check was for paying his college fees. That is such poor service.

I have been a US Bank customer for more years than I want to say, they have always been professional, helpful, and friendly. I have never had any issues with them. They continue to be reliable and trustworthy, qualities I find to be of paramount important.

I'm a disabled veteran. I sometimes get confused and I have a lot of trouble walking. Whenever I go to this Bank I have never felt that people were unwilling to help me I try to be self-sufficient and that is not always possible I try to remember how to do paperwork in the protocol is required for banking sometimes things slip my mind. Everyone at this Bank seems to be very accommodating especially one lady news about my age a little older I don't know she's very understanding, probably the head teller. I don't know thier n 1Aomenclature but I do know when I go the Bank, the people there will be helpful and understanding. I have never left feeling unimportant.
