Strothkamp always gives the best service. I had a gallon of paint and couldn’t get the lid open as it had rusted some. The owner put the paint in a new can at no charge. That was so nice and it was a $60 gallon of paint!

Quality, Experience, Service. Strothkamp's Paint Center is a family-owned small business that has been delighting its customers since 1956. The top rated paint store in Ballwin, Mo. Strothkamp's Paint Center was started in 1956 by Bob and Harry Strothkamp - two brothers that literally grew up in the paint business. Bob and Harry's father was a union painting contractor by trade and his boys learned the paint business by working with him. The original store was in Manchester, MO and started in a house where Bob and Harry grew up - next door to the house their mother was born - built in 1847. They built a new store in 1972 to hold their expanding business and expanded further in the 80s. They recently moved their business to Ballwin.
