My husband and I cannot recommend St. Louis Home Fires enough! We spent weeks contacting companies and exploring showrooms in search of a new gas fireplace and kept getting astronomical quotes without anyone actually coming to look at our house. Frank (owner) at St. Louis Home Fires was amazing from the start! He personally came out to our house before providing us a quote for the work and accompanied his team a few days before the scheduled job just to ensure they knew exactly what work was required. His guys were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient during install, and when we noticed a slight cosmetic issue after install, Frank responded within minutes with a solution and had the new part ordered and installed within a week. We are VERY happy with the level of customer service we received from Frank and his team. Would highly recommend using them for your fireplace needs.

We were looking for a specific grill. Another company wasn’t as knowledgeable so we decided to try St. Louis Home and Fires. Frank was so knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us choose the accessories for our needs without selling us stuff we didn’t need. Many times, buying a larger item, it’s easy to second guess the purchase. We left the store feeling very confident and excited. We will definitely go back for future purchases. It was nice to not be “sold” an item. Instead, help us find the item that is right for us.

Frank and Paul are a great team.Helped my wife select a smoker for us... Louisiana Grill Vertical Pellet Smoker.They patiently helped me understand smoking, how to use our grill effectively, and how to make four tasty racks of ribs on our first try - praise from all our kids' friends who enjoyed them.St. Louis Home Fires also sells gas fireplaces and Frank offered a tip for us to improve on the fireplace that came with our house.We look forward to many years purchasing pellets and rubs and sauces and more.Thank you, Frank and Paul!!!

Frank and Paul at St. Louis Home Fires were both extremely helpful. Swapped out some ancient gas logs for a new set and the difference is night and day. Looks beautiful and much better heat dispersion. Frank recommended I paint the inside of the fireplace with some black high heat paint and that was a huge win as well. Reasonable prices, great installation experience, highly recommended.

My wife and I went in there about a week ago. We talked mostly to Paul (Air Force vet). He was so detailed and informative as we compared all the grills I was considering. He answered every question we asked with knowledge (and patience). We are going back this week to buy it. Considering the price (very high-quality grill), I can safely say that because of Paul's excellent customer service and friendly approach, not only am I excited about this purchase, but my wife is equally excited and INSIST that we buy it... and that we buy it from here. That's a pretty good spot to be in.

I love all the choices of the hardwood, Accessories, different knickknacks that you need for your home and your grilling pleasures. I love my vegetables to have the Flavor of the hardwood I choose for my grilling of my vegetables and my husband meats selection too.Now let's get to why I visit here so often. When you find a owner who have the passion for his business and love to give excellent service.It is worth my time to engage in conversation with Mr.Frank.
