We have purchased many appliances from Slyman Bros for both our home and rental property. The team members we have worked with (Jodie and Greg) are knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. Also, prcie-wise they almost always beat out or at least have comparable pricing to big box stores.

They delivered a $1,500 speed queen dryer that doesn’t heat and they REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. We were told that this just happened with another speed queen dryer that they sold.
One week after delivery, many phone calls to Maxx Waterkotte our sales rep, one service call and they refuse to replace it with a functioning dryer and they will only repair it for an astronomical fee. Their service techs came out and blamed our vent, the vent is 12” from the outside, we literally designed our space around the dryer so it would have the shortest distance from the dryer to the exterior vent. They claimed it was the cord, we purchased a new one and it still won’t heat. Even the credit card company agrees, they are responsible.
We still don’t have a functioning dryer and now I have a dispute with my credit card company to deal with on top of still needing a dryer!
