“Quick, friendly service for propane tank refills. Refill is ~4.5 lb of liquid propane vs 3.1 lb with a tank exchange. I always get 2 tanks at a time, and the best competing price for refills is currently $19/tank. This is like getting 3 tanks for the price of 2, with quick, friendly service to boot! And it's closer to home than the place I was going to find LP gas for less than $20/tank.
I saw plenty of negative reviews about this location before deciding to see for myself. It looks like they've successfully addressed their customer service issues!”

“I recently utilized A-Storage Inn (Manchester, MO), to store furniture, etc., between moves. I was dealing with a lot of issues (selling a home, renting an apartment, buying a new home, etc.). During this process, A-Storage Inn was a breath of fresh air.
I rented two climate-controlled units which were clean, roomy, and easily accessible. Each unit had it’s own individual door, (No indoor corridors to maneuver through). You can pull your car/truck right up to the door.
Their terms were simple and straightforward. No surprises, no signing me up for stuff I didn’t need, and their rates were very good!
I was very satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to use A-Storage Inn again.”

“Just cleared out my storage unit!! If you have to waste money on a storage unit, be sure to rent from A Storage Inn located in Ellisville, MO! Prices were lower than other chains and look nicer! The units are so clean and even tho mine was not in the climate controlled area I had absolutely no issues with dampness, mold, or mice!! Everything stayed nicely no matter what the outside weather was doing!! Tanner, the on-site manager, was absolutely terrific and so helpful! He calls back within minutes, and he assisted in opening the door on my unit daily when my back was causing me some trouble! He checks on the entire place on his golf cart and knows his clients! He was just so nice and accommodating! Even if this location is farther away for you, I would still rent there due to his management!! He is available every hour the office is open and again, so helpful! Good luck!!”

“I used Life Storage for about a year after moving out to Missouri from Oregon. They were very helpful, including recommending to not buy a bunch of the chair covers and instead buy blankets on Amazon if I was concerned about dust while storing furniture long-term. I ended up moving my stuff when I purchased a house, which corresponded roughly with a large price increase (they merged with Extra Space Storage). If the units are priced right, I would recommend them.”

“Rita is freaking awesome! She's a hard worker and very personable. If it wasn't for her I'd give this place 0 stars and I would not be a customer there because the property itself is a dump. But she does the best she can with it. Public Storage itself as a company is a ripoff. Of all the storage facilities in the area it is more expensive and the units are such a joke. Seriously, look at my pictures. How the hell does a company think that these units are acceptable to rent out and then overcharge their customers while underpaying their staff. This place is lucky to have Rita because she's the only reason I remain loyal to this brand.”
