We love Ries Kindercare! We have had our son here for over a year. The director and her staff are helpful, communicative, and truly care about the kids. I have had questions and feel like they are answered promptly. Great place!

We love the teachers and staff at KinderCare - we have trusted them with all 3 of our kiddos and are so grateful for them. They communicate, care for the kids, and teach them so they are very prepared for kindergarten! They are always willing to work with you and listen to concerns and go out of their way to make sure the kids have a wonderful experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My son is two and a half and has been attending there for just over a year. I was doing everything I could while working full time to encourage my child’s learning and keep him active, but it just wasn’t enough. My sister and I both went through KinderCare when we were children so that was the first place I looked at. I went and meet everyone and looked around and when me and my mother who came along got back in the car we both knew that this was the place for my son. It was so colorful and open and friendly. Everyone we met was kind. Since my son started to now I can see such a huge difference in his vocabulary, his social skills, his imagination, and his desire to learn. His teachers have always treated him great and care so much about his personal and emotional health. They go above and beyond in everything they do. Since COVID started I was worried my son’s development would slow but it hasn’t because KinderCare as an organization and all the teachers banned together and provided so much material everyday and every week to assist with learning at home. This material was fun and easy to do with him so I could still co time to work full time and he could still continue to learn and develop.Never once since starting their have I ever questioned my choice and still don’t. My son is always so excited to go to school (KinderCare) and talks about his teachers and all friends all the time.It is an amazing place and they make you feel so comfortable like you are leaving your child with family.

Keith and his staff are excellent. They care for the children and give them a good education to get them ready for school. I always feel safe sending my children there.

Our family has been trusting Kinder Care with our two little ones for the last two years. We have yet to meet a teacher that is not kind, genuine, and loved by both parents and students. The director, Mr. Keith, is always available and wonderful with the children. My son loves Kinder Care, his friends, and his teachers. Being a teacher myself, the curriculum was important for us when considering a daycare center. Thus, we were very impressed with the daily curriculum and units for kiddos of all ages. It's amazing what they learn on a daily basis.

We are very happy with the Ries Ballwin Kindercare. Both of our children started here at 12 weeks old. After touring several daycare centers in the area, we picked this one for its great staff, national accreditation and attention to detail and regulation. We now have a 3 year old and 8 month old and both love going to school. The director Keith Sherry is excellent at communicating with parents.

I am a former employee of this particular center and I can honestly say that the management at this center is by far the worst I have ever worked with. The director of this center is extremely selfish, inconsiderate, and extremely difficult to work with. Management is constantly stirring up drama between their employees and will lie straight to your face when confronted about it. It is almost impossible to get off for anything you may need whether it be a dr appointment, funeral, or even God forbid your child get sick... not because it’s not doable, but because management just won’t allow it. Also, if you’re sick as an employee, there is “no acceptable excuse” to call in for any reason and you are not only encouraged but demanded to still come to work even if you’re running fever and are contagious to the CHILDREN. I quit this job because I chose to go back to school and management refused to work around my school schedule and tried to encourage me NOT to go back to school. I can say that most(and I say most) of the teachers are trustworthy and truly want what is best for the children. However, if you’re looking for a job, I highly suggest looking else where.

This childcare facility doesn’t even deserve a 1 star! If you value your child’s safety and life, DO NOT bring them here!! The injuries that happened to my 2 yr old niece, in the 10 months she attended, absolutely blows my mind and has resulted in several emergency hospital visits, due to injuries to the head and face. The staff tries to cover up what happens here, making the parents feel it’s the child’s fault, so they second guess removing their child. They are completely incompetent and the final incident looks like someone physical beat and battered her! Her face was completely swollen, with several cuts to the lips, bloody nose and black eye. PLEASE do not send your children here!! Also, keep in mind the ‘glowing’ review below is actually from the director himself (Keith Sherry) so it definitely makes me question the authenticity of any reviews I read, but this cannot go ignored.

Great center! The teachers do an amazing job teaching and being a friend to all the children. The children learn new things everyday that help them get ready for the next level. The center is very welcoming and the atmosphere is alway warm. I'm glad me children have been attending this center for over 3 years now and will continue to be there until they are too old to attend the center. If you are looking for the best learning center in the Ballwin area I would start here!

DO NOT DROP YOUR KIDS OFF HERE! It took me a while to write this review, but after shopping for quite some time for child care, I felt it is something that other potential parents should know. This place is supposedly the "best Kindercare building in the St. Louis area." That makes me worry about the other Kindercares. I noticed a teacher literally screaming at a child as we passed their classroom. In another classroom, I saw a teacher grab a boy roughly by his arm and she jerked him to her. I would caution any other parent with trusting this place with their kid/s.And the person that wrote the review before this one...is the manager of the building.

Needed childcare for one week while in town working. Kids are loving it there, very friendly staff and inviting.
