I've lost almost 20k so far.Regions Bank completely lied and mislead me. They took advantage of me and I want everyone to know. I had $500,000 sitting in an account for several months Charlie from the Twin Oaks, Mo branch talked me into moving it to a different account. We finally met with Dimitar. One of Regions financial guys. He kept telling me that I would be making 1.33% every month. I remember asking if this had anything with the stock market because I didn't want to invest in that. I told them I already had a financial advisor that takes care of that. He just kept telling me I would be making 1.33% every month and that I could pull it out for our project whenever I wanted. I opened a dispute case with this Mitch Flatt, Dimitar's boss. So far nothing has happened. I filled a complaint with the Attorney General & the BBB the other day.I'm meeting with an Attorney this week that specializes in financial fraud. I want my money back

We started banking with Regions earlier this year and the customer service has been amazing every time we come in. That is something that gets harder and harder to find these days. I sincerely appreciate their friendly faces, and their willingness to help any time it's needed. I would highly recommend them to any of our family or friends.

I have banked elsewhere for over 20 years. Got fed up with some of the games being played with MY money. I could tell right away setting up my account with regions that they were different. The friendly faces and positive attitudes at this particular location are icing on the cake. I won't bank anywhere else from now on!

Went into my neighborhood Regions bank to request change for a large bill, and they refused to break it for me since I didn't bank there. I wasn't cashing a check or anything, just getting smaller bills. The bummer is that I had considered banking with Regions until today's experience. It's safe to say I won't be banking there based on the poor customer service I received today.

I've loved this bank for years. I've had to use other banks when living out of state, and it was a horrible experience. The team at this Regions branch has always been helpful and welcoming, whether I needed a basic transaction or help with an issue. I would absolutely recommend Regions to anyone who wants to feel like they have a bank where their finances are secure.

Horrible bank ! I went there with my boyfriend to add my name to the account and opened a credit card with him and they didn't even add my name to the credit card account . What a waste of time I rather do business elsewhere.

I hope you're not in a hurry to get waited on in the personal banking area...I've been waiting for 30 minutes to clear up a $3 charge they tagged on my statement for no reason >:(
