Not surr about these other reviews but I have never had issues with them. In fact, I would like to give a shout out to Bahara, who has provided us with fantastic customer service. She is a real asset to PNC and very professional and friendly.

Excellent customer service and very friendly staff and the bank was very clean and fast service I will definitely be coming back

We love this branch. Everyone is always so nice and helpful when we come in. They never keep us waiting especially when we go inside, occasionally we've had to wait in the drive thru but that's pretty normal, nothing too long though. I've been banking with them for 3.5 years and I have never had a bad experience at all.
