Jenn, the pharmacist at this location is Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious ! I was struggling to find a hard to get RX in the middle of the Change Health Cyber attack.
Jenn went the extra mile to help me and then 30 days later followed up to see if I had found my subsequent refill. It is clear that she really cares about her patients.
I hope Walgreens recognizes her talent and dedication to her job and patients. She is a superstar and this is my favorite Walgreens by a mile

“Have been coming here since they opened, and have consistently had great encounters. These folk have been there throughout COVID, working long hours under less than ideal conditions.With one exception in all these years, just one, the pharmacists and techs have been informative, helpful, and diligent. The singular exception is gone for awhile now.On the other side, I've seen them deal with frustrated, angry, and at times screaming customers with extraordinary patience. Not sure I could have done the same.Kudos to the kind and hardworking people at CVS Ballwin! Thank you for being here for us.”
“I came through the pharmacy drive through to pick up medication I had been waiting ALL day for. I felt sick and uncomfortable. There was confusion with insurance and who to bill and Jason (the pharmacist) was SO BEYOND KIND. He worked with me and stayed patient as we figured everything out. He is so good at his job and customer service. I am not the kind of person to get upset at workers for a situation out of everyones control but had I been, he was de-escalating the situation with such kindness and humility. He validated my feelings and problem solved quickly. I was crying because I felt sick and just needed the medicine and he made a sticky situation easier to go through. Thank you Jason for being so kind and patient!! I hope you always find matching socks and that your pillow is cool on both sides every night!”

“Getting used to my new schnucks location...I love that every time I buy eggs, they always double check to make sure none of them are broken before I leave. No other schnucks has done that for me and I really appreciate that. I'm taking out one star because I had come here on a mission to get their chicken wings from the bar a few weeks ago, but everything was cleared out and it was still pretty early in the day. I was really disappointed because it was all I was craving that day. Other than that they always have whatever I need. I will say that when they changed the price for a 10lb bag of potatoes to $10.99 they were psycho, but when I went back today, it was nice to see they brought it back down to $6.99.
