I got carded for good reason as I'm 23. Totally understandable but the cashier on 8/20/23 at 1pm decided my REAL ID from the state of Missouri wasnt sufficient, needed a secondary form of photo identification. No one carries 2 forms or PHOTO ID. My girlfriend with a REAL ID as well went in and they told her it was fake before she ever even had her ID out of her wallet. This worker was about 60 years old and didn't have a clue as to what was going on. The manger told my girlfriend her id was real but she had to stand by her worker. That's your job as manager to correct your workers mistakes. Ellisville PD SHOWED UP TO CONFIRM and we were promptly banned from Phillips after ellisville PD told them we were correct. Terrible establishment and would never recommend this gas station to anyone that even thinks that.

This Petro-Mart (a Western Oil brand) has the necessities for Manchester Road travelers. The mid-size lot provides easy navigation around other cars and the Phillips 66 gas pumps. There's a well stocked, clean convenience store and a drive-thru quick car wash. Bathrooms are clean. COVID precautions are in place, too. Left turns from/to Manchester Road are challenging during peak hours.

I thought I was going to die in the car wash. Those verticals that hang down came down on my car from beginning to end. I had to drive through them to exit. I came out with soap over my car. So frightened I drove out without reporting to management. Feb. 16 at 11:16 am.

Been going here for years. The customer service is great, the automated car wash is slightly above average, and their Kick Back Rewards program is nice. The prices are a bit high on consumables. Gas prices are the same as every where else locally
