Had a pleasant Piano buying experience with Jerry Roberts and Midwest Music. Super happy we found him and his store in the mall.

Description that was written on bill was not coherent I explained what I hed done up to that point thought to many hours expended leave to professional to repair it this not a business you want to leave it with because I truly believe nothing was done to it because nothing had moved tape markers that were still in same location as we placed them to mark problem area looked as if nothing was changed alot of things like wire ties were still in same locations that were not tampered with that I personally had installed to keep things neat and tidy. Even the heat sink never moved because I had placed heat sink grease under it and never changed from when I installed it back when I finished working on it and said the the tech had worked on it for hours but what really erked me was the condition I recieved it back in and im not a band player transporting this amp everywhere and beating the hell out of it stays in my rec room and I wipe down occasionally but it was pristine when I took it their and I take care of everything I own but had a total of really bad scuffs and gouges in the material black covering and now It looks as of to been haul all over for gigs and they did it because of blatant carelessness they no not what they do. It wasn't worth ththe 45$ and the beating it took and gained nothing from the experience I think the only qualifications they have is to change a fuse that would be something a kid could do all I have to say is don't go through the trouble stay away from here. But of course like all businesses we didn't do it !

Jerry the repairman came addresa issues with the organ. Prior to him arriving I explained everything I noticed wrong. First of all, he did not come prepared with his tools and ect. Then he worked until he seemed to beeb exhausted and started packing up. I asked him about another piece of equipment that we wanted fixed, he told me what he thought the problem "could be" without investigating it and left. We were completely dissapointed in his service.

Ordered an organ in September. It came in in October but the pedals were on back order. In November and December I call and email the salesperson several times to get an ETA... no response. In January I start working with another salesperson who tells me those pedals were discontinued. I order different pedals. They come in in April. I go to pick them up and the box has been opened so the salesperson could “test them out.” Find out later I’m missing the bracket to attach the separate expression pedal to the board. Guess who has it and wants me to come back in and pick it up? When I don’t he says it’s taking up space and he’s going to throw it away if I don’t come soon. Here’s an idea. You screwed up... MAIL IT TO ME. I legitimately don’t understand how they can afford to pay the electric bill...

When calling around to purchase an organ, Midwest music was very helpful in my decision. This company was the only one who would actually take the time and show me around to the different installations they have done. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a piano or digital organ. I would also give their service department an A+ as well. Keep up the good work!

My niece takes piano lessons here. The staff is very helpful and kind. She absolutely loves the instructor too! They really know what they are doing and the instructor is very knowledgeable, she actually listens and helps when my niece has a question or doesn't understand something! Much better than some of the other places we've been.
