This place needs to put an open or closed, saying that's on the door so people can see it, so you don't waste your going to a store that says it's open online but it's really closed. Come on people get more organized than this.

Go here for mattresses. They have a good selection of price effective beds with good supporting structures(delivery, return, etc). Just make sure you get the size you want, because size is the only thing you can't return upwards for. The rest is all fair game

Be aware that not all sales reps will tell you what you need to know about your mattress selection. We bought a split king system. After receiving it and "trying it out" for the required 60 days, we decided it's not what we thought we were buying. There is a 3 inch gap between our mattresses that is much larger than what we thought it would be. The mattresses continuously slip out of place and we have to readjust them daily. If we push the mattresses too close, they get caught on each other when we move our adjustable bases and part of one matress moves with the other. It's just not a comfortable or well functioning system. We were not told that these would be potential problems with our mattress system and now they are refusing to give us a king matress to replace this faulty system. We paid extra for two mattresses vs the one so our king replacement would actually cost less than replacing both twin mattresses (which would not solve our problem). We were kindly told by the manager there is nothing they are willing to do. The ONLY reason I gave two stars instead of one is because everyone is nice and friendly but it does not change the fact that we spent a bunch of money to be unhappy with our purchase. I believe if the sales man had been more knowledgeable and more forth coming with potential issues with the system we were purchasing, we would have purchased the single king system, would have spent less money and would have been happier with our purchase. I do not recommend using this company to buy a mattress. They say there is a comfort garunetee.......just not in our case I guess. Just be forewarned, their definition of comfort is a very narrow one. In my opinion, it is not comfortable to have your matress get caught on your partners matress when they decide to move it, it is not comfortable to get up and readjust your matress because they are constantly sliding apart, it is not comfortable to have a minimum 3 inch gap between you and your partner so that you feel like you are sleeping on a twin matress in your kids room. WE ARE NOT COMFORTABLE ON OUR NEW MATTRESSES.

Had a great experience at the Mattress Direct location in west country today! Mallory was very helpful in identifying my needs while not pushing me towards a more expensive mattress. There were multiple customers in the store and she had it handled with ease! Don’t get her started about cookies n cream ice cream though. SHE LOVES THE STUFF!Anyway, got a great mattress at a great price. Would recommend to anyone!
