I had the good fortune of purchasing my mattress from Mattress and Futon Outlet - Ballwin location. This establishment came highly recommended by two of my co-workers. I was not disappointed!Tom was a pleasure to work with! Very knowledgeable and helpful - he assisted me with finding the perfect mattress to help alleviate my back pain. He organized the delivery and went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. The customer service was excellent all around and I will highly recommend Tom at M&FO to anyone wishing to purchase or upgrade their mattress.Do yourself a favor - avoid the big box chain stores all together and stay local with Tom at M&FO. Tom the manager was very professional and friendly to deal with. Took care of me and my wife in purchasing our mattress set. Looking forward to do business again with him in the future and would refer relatives and friends for their bed/mattress needs..

This is the best place to buy a futon or bed! The owner is extremely friendly and kind and gives great discounts on his products. He also offers warranties and provides replacement pieces no questions asked. Much better than going to a huge chain store! I would highly recommend!

This store was fantastic! Kameron really took care of me. I got an excellent mattress that he lowered the price on and then showed me some mattress protectors and knocked the price down again. Then he threw in some sheets as a holiday bonus!
