I have visited Marshall’s ballwin multiple times and have consistently encountered frustrating issues with their clearance items. On more than five occasions, I've found that the clearance items are either marked down incorrectly or have the wrong clearance stickers placed on them. This creates confusion and disappointment, as it's not the customers' fault, yet we bear the brunt of the pricing errors.
It's crucial for Marshall’s ballwin to thoroughly review their merchandise and ensure that markdowns are accurate. This ongoing issue has significantly impacted my shopping experience, and I hope the store addresses this problem promptly.

Tiny format store, can't get through aisles with carts. Clothes on floor. Staff seems fed up and the same workforce is visibly no longer friendly. Before they moved to this mini store it was my favorite place to shop, now I rarely visit and spend 95% less since it's too stressful to visit. Sold my TJX stock because of this store, if that's signaling the direction that the corporation is moving.

This was my first time in a Marshall's, so I don't know how it stacks up to others. The store seemed to be well maintained; however, some of the aisles are a bit cluttered. They probably need some kind of organizer or stager to keep it from looking messy. Also, half of the store is clothing. It's probably not a place I'll stop in again.

My daughter wanted a faux leather skirt that she found at TJ Maxx but it was too big. We ended up going to Marshalls and we found one there but it was also too large, size 4 so I ended up going to the Marshalls in Manchester and found a size 2 which was the perfect size! Don't give up if you don't find it at one store, you might find it at another... that's the treasures that you you may find at Marshall's and TJ Maxx!

I love Marshall's. I always find little treasures at great prices. The wide selection of items is also a big plus.
