They're very reliable and I enjoy going in there with practice all the time and then make sure I get a receipt every time. I recommend this UPS store to anybody in the area!”

The best place to ship hands down. They don't over charge for everything like other places, even other ups stores charge a ridiculous price for the simplest things. This UPS store is the best and doesn't try to squeeze every penny out of you. 5+stars”

“We went in with Spectrum equipment to return on 5/23/24 and didn't know if we needed boxes, a label, etc. A young African American man helped us with a smile, so willing to walk us through the handful of steps (he did all the work), and it was seamless. I think his name was Caleb, but not sure, I believe it started with a C. He's an asset to UPS. Great work and service, young man.”
