Ballwin Lowes is an absolute joke! Customer service is terrible! I ordered an oven on 6/4 for delivery on 6/10. The oven never showed up! When I called the store, the phone just rang and rang! Then, out of the blue two days later, I received a phone call that the delivery was going to be at my house in 15 minutes. No one was home to accept the delivery. When I called the store again, to reschedule, they told me one delivery day and again messed up and scheduled it for 3 days later. I talked to an assistant manager on the day I thought it was to be delivered, and all she could do was apologize, but could do nothing else to rectify the situation. Today, when the oven showed up, it was the wrong one, and was scratched! I’ve tried to call the store today to talk to a manager, and instead of telling me he had already left for the day, they let the phone ring for 15 minutes. When I called back to talk to an assistant manager the phone rang for eight more minutes and then I was hung up on!!

Trying to get shutters for a couple months. They were delivered to my house, which I did not know was going to happen. I called to let them know I had them & was ready for installation. They scheduled a team to install, outside contractor. When they got here, they determined their guy had measured wrong & would have to take pieces back & reorder. I tried to contact installers & finally got original sales person. He was waiting on installers to give him information to re-order the correct pieces. I have no clue when they will arrive. And yet, I received a bill from Lowes for the shutters, which I do not have, nor do I have any clue when they will arrive. I should have ordered from Home Depot. They appeared to have their act together and not understaffed in the floring/shutters department.
