I came to this location even after I moved away from the area. I always received a great haircut. But the business practice of calling me an hour before to say “the stylist assigned to you did not come in today” is very disappointing. This has happened to me three times, and what frustrates me the most was how my card on file was charged once when I missed an appointment due to a longer than expected job interview, even though I called before the appointment to notify the store of my situation. I’m not sure this business is too concerned about its loyal customers (10+ years). I can not afford to continue making appointments and driving 30 minutes one way only to be called off after planning my day off around a haircut.

Got a hair appt for my 85 yr old mother. Kori was so professional and did such an amazing job. She was so attentive to my mom and patiently listened to her many stories. My mother’s hair has never looked better.

Winston was amazing. He made great suggestions on my color and highlights. He worked meticulously on my foils all while being conversational and fun. I felt like I was talking to my best friend. Prices are reasonable for the quality of service. Winston fit in a quick haircut for me despite running short on time. I will be back in 8 weeks!!!

Shoutout to Kirsten for revitalizing my pixie cut! She spent over an hour working to make it just right, and her attention to detail was incredible. She talked to me throughout the process and offered suggestions to make it look the best it could. She could tell I was a little nervous and unsure about making it so short, so I liked that she gave her professional opinion. It turned out great, and she was super nice. Thank you!
