If you go to the ballwin location, make sure you have a strong backbone. Put your armor on and prepare for battle. They have no qualms about yelling at the customer and embarrassing patients. It's very unprofessional.

I’ve come here dozens of times - I used to come weekly during a difficult pregnancy - and the staff is always super quick and does a great job making it as easy as possible for me. I don’t like having my blood drawn but they make it relatively painless and service is SO much quicker than any Quest I’ve ever been to. I’m usually in and out in 20 minutes. Thank you, LabCorp!

I had an appointment at 1130 for a drug screen. I get there at 1131 and they said they canceled my appointment because I was late? They stated that they shut down their drug screening at 1130 sharp. if this is the case…. Then why do you allow patients to make appointments AT 1130? They were rude . I’m So frustrated, biggest waste of my time. Will not be coming back.

I had to go for a drug test for a new job. The hours on the website are confusing for the Ellisville location. I went there thinking I still had plenty of time. I got there and walked in the door and a lady came out and said can I help you in a rude tone. I told her what I was there for and she proceeded to get even more of an attitude. I finally walked out. I went the following day to the Creve Couer office and the were sooo nice and helpful. So I’d recommend the Creve Couer office and I’ll NEVER go back to the Ellisville!!

SO RUDE!!! SO SO RUDE! Never will I visit this location again! Just because this is your job, doesn’t mean other people know what they’re supposed to do! Speeding through directions, not giving me any time to ask questions, throwing supplies around, and when confronted, talked back so rudely. This was my first drug test so I went in there clueless, of course. These people had no respect for me and acted like they wanted me out of there from the second I walked in. Then saying “you’re young, you should know what to do.” What is that supposed to mean. I left very frustrated, like I have never been before. Negative stars if I could.

Another five star review for Tanya! I do not like needles or blood tests so I expected not to enjoy this experience. Check-in kiosk was great and fast, waited less than two minutes in the lobby, Tanya was very friendly and quick! The whole process was less than 15 minutes. Tanya has 27 years of experience and it shows.

I have gone twice now to get my blood drawn- each time I checked in on the machine, was called to the back fairly quickly and then had wonderful staff help the blood draw be quick and had me out in no time. I've had two different staff draw my blood and mentioned each time I am very squeamish around blood drawing and can get lightheaded, both of them did a perfect job at getting the blood while distracting me with easy chit chat. I felt very comfortable and safe there. I also got my blood work results within a few days of the blood draw.I plan to use this location in the future for other blood draws!

Tanya does an amazing job drawing blood. I've been coming here for 3+ years and she never bruises me! I am always in and out, no wait time. The facility is clean and recently updated.

I do not recomended it to the Immigrant comunity especially latín people. I went and when an afro-american Woman arrived, she greeted me with the rude question “ what are you bringing there, what do you want?”.I brought some samples to do laboratory tests that doctor órdered me to do and he refused to receive the samples and together with a white man who Also helped him to mistreat me, they did not want to take care of me.If you don’t want to receive discrimination don’t go there.

Staff is terribly rude as other people here have said. Office is unorganized with appointments and is deeply unprofessional. I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel like I had to here.

The customer service was atrocious. There was nobody at the front desk when I first came in. While I was waiting, I could hear all of the employees in the back talking about their personal lives. I went in for a drug test and blood draw, and the whole time the lady practically yelled directions at me. She was not friendly or patient with me. During the blood draw, her coworker was in the room and they were having a conversation as if I wasn't sitting right there with a needle in my arm. She was also very rough with my arm because she was working so fast. The entire experience, there was no hi, please, thank you, or have a nice day from either of the employees. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day, but it was not busy and I had just heard them laughing with each other while I had been waiting outside. I am surprised how these employees still have their jobs.
