Great place to live. It has a nice gym, sauna, dog park and play area for kids. Pool is great and staff are friendly.

Everyone is super friendly. The grass is always cut. The grounds crew always keeps the entire complex clean and neat. The office staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The maintenance crew comes right away to fix any problem. I couldn’t ask for a better place to live.

My partner and I went to look at Kensington and were absolutely blown away! The renovations they’ve made are great. Hopeful to move in before summer to utilize that amazing pool. The gym is nice. The grounds were also very clean and well kept. Definitely a top contender!
