I never post reviews, so it’s saying something when I come here to write one. This is the absolute worst car dealership I’ve ever been to and I’d give 0 stars if I could.
I brought my (nearly new) car here for standard maintenance, and they tried telling me I needed over $1,000 of work to it, which I refused. The oil change, a tire rotation, and two air filters was still a ridiculous $300. Although she was nice, the service advisor (who was new) came off as pushy when it came to trying to get my money for something that my car didn’t need.
They told me it would take close to 3 hours to complete, so I took their “shuttle service.” The driver was in no way safe and nearly got into a wreck by veering into a car the next lane over, and then continued to try and offer me a ride back when my car was ready.
When I went to pick up my car an hour later, as soon as I got in I could hear a noise, which turned out it was my A/C making noise that it hasn’t before. I had to take it back hours later since I had to work, and they promptly fixed it, informing me a leaf was in there, but how that got past the tech/porter shows the quality of their service. Checking later, they overfilled my tires and didn’t even top off my washer fluid. I’m wondering what else they probably messed up.
I absolutely DO NOT recommend having this place touch your car, let alone sell you one. I’ll gladly drive an hour to the dealer I bought my Kia from for service from now on, because they were always honest with me and, you know, knew how to do basic maintenance intervals.

Babyyyyyyy HW Kia and Jahan Lyte got me right!!!! I was in and out the door with my new car in 2hours!!!! Go see him if you need a car!!!!!!! He gets the job done

Can't say enough great things about this dealership! Alyssa was hands down the reason we bought our 2024 Sportage, and her sales manager Nick was also fantastic. Everything about the dealership was wonderful, from the moment we entered the building. We test drove several other cars at other dealerships - and we walked away from a competitor based on how poorly they operated compared to Kia, and specifically Alyssa. Absolutely recommended this dealership and definitely recommending to people. Thank you Alyssa for making it much a wonderful experience!

We received a car from there, was told they had did maintenance on the vehicle. Not even two months later its due an oil change we take it back there for one... an surprise it needs over $500 worth of maintenance that needs to be done on the dam car already.on a dam near new car. Would not recommend this place for a vehicle. Their not honest at all!!

I recently leased a Kia EV9 and had a generally positive experience with the process. However, I'm facing an issue with making my first payment. The payment link I received has expired, and despite reaching out to the finance manager and salesperson multiple times, I haven't received a response. I've left a voicemail and sent an email to the General Manager, Jeff M., but it's been a week with no follow-up. Additionally, I still haven't received my new car registration plates, even though it's been four weeks since the lease began

Took our Kia to get worked on and it nearly cost $600.00. Than not even two weeks prior our Kia died three times and we took it back immediately. Than after they tested it. Steve tells us it will cost nearly $2,500 over the phone. We decided no on that. We went up there in person a few days after. Than Ethan told us we owned $200.00 for testing it and paid it. After we complained to Ethan he said he would let the service manager Steve know. That Steve would contact us when he comes back in on Monday. Than went to Nick the sales manager. Apparently noone higher was available to talk to. So, Nick said I understand your frustration. I will notify the owner of this and he will contact you this week. Than a few days later I reached out to Nick and no response back. Not Steve or the owner
contacted us. We than went back up there in person that week. Spoke to Nick and he had us speak to Steve. Steve than said there is nothing we can do. We than told them we are filing a complaint. We than left and had our Kia towed off there property. They still did not do anything about the issue. I feel like they scamed us and our car was unsafe after they worked on it. I don't give them any stars. But had to give them one to post it.

Shout out to Ian , Rich , Victoria and the whole HW Kia Staff ! This place is a great example of how a dealership SHOULD take care of their guests, from the time that I picked up the phone I was effectively moved along in the process even though I dropped the ball on the recall on my stinger the first time. They have really made my day and I honestly believe that this is the best dealership that I have ever serviced with and I will return as much as possible !

This was my first time buying a brand new car. Jahan was so helpful and cool with my purchase. He told me the truth on where I was at with my credit and rated. I learned alot and drove away in my first brand new car!!! Thank you HW KIA and Jahan!! I highly recommend you go see them and ask for Jahan!!! You won't regret it!!

I bought a car from here and they said it already has a warranty and I didn’t need to buy one but they they said it doesn’t have one and they said I had to buy one and when I did buy one they said it was bumper to bumper and they would fix everything so when I went to get it fixed they said I have to pay half they have to pay half and they lied to me because of my language I couldn’t speak English
