They have cheap games but I was a little worried when I bought them. They asked if I wanted a warranty for the games. So I wasn't sure if they tested them first.

Josef was the employee that was supposed to take care of a large trade. Josef did not even ask me if I was a pro reward member paying a member ship fee to get 10% on trades. When I called back to see why I didn’t get 10% back that is advertised on the website he told me my pro membership was expired AFTER completing the transaction but had pretended to add the account and pretended I was getting the 10% for the game pro account. Then after I told him I want the 10% and he should have told me I would have renewed he proceeded to argue and tell me that because the transaction was cash he cannnot help me. I told him what if I make a purchase with cash and want a refund you can’t help me ? Referred me to call corporate

Went in last night to buy a game- guy at the register was trying to upscale me the warranty on the game and blatantly lied to my face tell me the store doesn’t allow returns on preowned games. Trying to upscale me a warranty on a $30 game- and lying about the stores return policy that is 7 days from purchase- which the employee refused to acknowledge.

GameStop, oh the land of digital dreams and joystick jubilations! I waltzed in with the intention to buy, but ended up on a window-shopping safari that could put a sloth to shame. I must’ve looped through the shelves like a lost gamer in a maze, only to emerge with empty hands and a heart full of indecision. The place was so clean and inviting, it’s as if the dust bunnies were on vacation. The staff? Friendlier than a power-up mushroom in Mario. So, there you have it, my epic adventure at GameStop: a whirlwind of browsing, grinning staff, and zero new games in my inventory. ??️?
