I Placed an online order for pickup. I received a text that it was ready, so I parked in the pickup spot and checked in. My app said the order would be right out. I was the only pickup order at that time. After waiting for 45 minutes because there was no number to call I went in. I did not see a customer service desk only a single cashier and one stocker.
I went ahead and got my own order from the shelves and checked out. I had no way to cancel the pickup order and so I was charged twice. I paid for my pickup plus the fee and then paid again at the register.
Personally I don’t believe my order was even filled and no one would have ever came out. Guess I will just dispute the charge with my CC company.

It’s not very often these days that I am SHOCKED with amazing customer service!! I LOVE this Fresh Thyme! I stopped by to pick up some pork and, all the packages were too big. I asked Tim if he had any smaller packages in the back. He said no but, he was happy to cut me exactly what I wanted!! Where do you get THAT service?? I am definitely a forever Fresh Thyme shopper!!

Please stop treating nonwhite customers as 2nd class. Today, at the checkout, there was no other customer in line. The cashier was reluctant to came over and help me with a problem at the self checkout , when she finally did , she left swiftly when another customer came to the register, leaving me standing there wondering what the heck just happened?! I waited patiently for her to come back although annoyed . Then one more customer came to check out and had problem with self checkout, she then run towards him, passing me on the way, totally ignored me. I had to voice my frustration right there for her came over and help me . Does she not understand first come first serve or she treat people differently based on skin color ? Which era are you living in?

I wish there was more vegan and gluten free items. When I called to see if they use Apeel on their produce.. no one could answer, unfortunately.
I used to go here for the "Like Meat chicken nuggets" they are gluten free and vegan, my daughter absolutely loved them. I would stock up on them every time we shopped here. They got rid of them, and we were super bummed. That's been happening a lot when we go, one minute we find a product we love and the next it's gone. It is a bummer ?.
Otherwise the staff is friendly in store, and most will drop what they are doing to help you locate something... If they have it.

I was in the store earlier today and upon initiating shopping, I clearly observed an employee incessantly coughing with a "sick" gurgly cough while checking out customers. I left the store and phoned to speak to the supervisor, who blamed the customers. According to her, she could tell it must have been a customer only because they had on a mask so must have been sick. First of all, I knew it was an employee that had no mask and she was checking out customers at the register. Secondly, on what planet is this supervisor on? Many people are now wearing masks again, not only if sick, but also because of increased episodes of existing sickness and trying to stay healthy. In fact when I heard this incessant coughing, I immediately put on a mask and left the store. Have we learned nothing from being mandatorily locked down because people can't use common sense to stay home when sick?? She, as a supervisor, should use managerial skills, and NOT HAVE SICK employees working, even if that means being short- handed. The managers of the store should be using supervisors skills as they have a responsibility to keep other employees and customers safe. They say on the news all the time, STAY HOME WHEN SICK! That means customers AND employees. THAT IS COMMON SENSE, not rocket science. There is no justification to allow employees to be working when sick. But I guess people lacking common sense, require direction by the government to make them be responsible rather than being a thinking individual.

The store was out of deli sandwiches for the day. When I went to the deli to get the stuff needed to make my own sandwich, Charlie went out of his way and put a sandwich together for me. Excellent hospitality.

Might I suggest a bell or something at the deli counter? Today marked my LAST time walking in on a Saturday morning, waiting forever, hoping that someone will notice me. I understand getting other work done in between servicing customers, but you have to make a point to actually LOOK every once in a while!
