Poor customer service. After a phone call and then a visit to the branch, I still do not have answers. Choose a real bank! I called as requested in your reply. The first time I called I was told your systems are down after waiting on hold for 5 minutes. The second time I called, they referred me back to the lousy branch I visited yesterday. NO THANKS!

Twin Oaks Park is a small park with a lake and nice playground. Not too many people know about it so it is not very crowded. It is a great place to take family pictures and just relax.

This is a small, out of the way park, which is quite pleasant actually. Access to it is easy if you know it's there, but it's one you're not like to accidentally find. It needs to be a destination because there actually is only one route to it (which I explain in detail below). When you find it and get there, you should be pleasantly surprised. Even though it is pretty small, I found it very pleasant. There is a nice playground area and a nice pond and there were pretty flowers and plants too. I saw several hummingbirds when I was there. So, this is sort of one of those hidden gems that not a lot of people know about. Look forward to returning soon. FYI, to get to this park, you need to take Meramec Station Road to Crescent Avenue and take Crescent Avenue west across MO St. Hwy. 141. After you cross the highway, you then need to turn north on Twin Oaks Ct. and take that to the end where the only way you can turn is left and that is Ann Avenue and going further west on Ann Ave. will take you to the park. As I recall, you need to leave your car on Twin Oaks Ct. I think and walk on Ann Ave. to the actual park.
