I’m unsure of this associates name, he has a mustache and brown hair, but he was so helpful and kind. The transaction was short but I can’t help but appreciate someone who was so kind and fast with their work! 10/10

I understand businesses close, but when you're in the door before that closing time usually they allow to you finish before making you leave. I had an address they were unable to send to because it's a PO Box, so I called the try to find a different address real quick. As I'm on hold the clock changes to 6:00, and some person who's name was Tom tells me I need to leave because they're closed and want to get out of here before they lost power since it just started raining. Despite explaining what I'm trying to do, and also conveying that the package is time sensitive and important. He responds with well it doesn't matter we're on Monday time anyway. Even the other associate helping me looked appalled. Even if this weren't a business , you should still treat people with more respect.

God awful place. The lone person manning the store says he is backed up with 10 projects and unable to help with a single printout. The "print and go" option just doesn't allow customizing the layout or paper type. I hope Fedex goes out of business.

The hours say open at 9am. I was here at 9. The two workers showed up at 9:16 and in those 16 minutes lost 5 customers. When they finally did unlock the doors, the lady then re-locked the doors. They opened at 9:20.

I just went in to have 2 copies of a large file printed, Emily went way out of her way to help me —- she set the printer to print the 2 copies but then got me a box, went in search of two XL clips to separate the 2 copies (which wasn’t easy) , she put the 2 copies through a machine to make them lie nicely, she gave me a highlighter to use. I know these things are small but in today’s world, it’s rare to find a company who still cares about customer service. I don’t know if it’s FedEx’s policy (if it is, thank you FedEx) or if I just lucked out in getting Emily (or both), but Emily made a very difficult day, brighter and easier. She gave me hope. Thanks Emily, please keep your cheerful attitude, it was appreciated more than you will ever know.

I emailed a Word document to them for color printing. Print quality is very good. Human factor (customer service) is pretty bad. If you use this place, assume you are dealing with high schoolers at best.My job was four hours late and the clerk had troubled finding it after I waited ten minutes. The second (and last) time I used this place I was never called when the job was done. When I went to pick it up the clerk had to reprint it. He then told me that the store now charges an additional three dollars for every "behind the counter service." WTH?!?

Was given 12-7 delivery window. Only to have it arrive at 10... Hard to plan your day around a 7 hour window then it is 2 hours off. Ship using UPS 100/100 over FedEx.

This spot is my go to for drop offs. The UPS in the same area always seems to be closed. The team there is always friendly and FEDEX does a great job, offers easy tracking, and reliability.
