I’ve was looking for a Malibu for over three months. Saw the one at Elco Chevrolet that was mark $2,000 less than anything else I saw. Walked in and met Mark G the salesman. Never felt pressure to buy the vehicle and he was very upfront about the pricing. Enjoyed my experience.

This particular dealership was a much more pleasant experience than the last one. Which is shame because the other one is much closer to my home. But when you shell out lots of money to get your vehicle serviced it's nice to have the other person greet you with a smile and not give you attitude. So I will continue to drive way out of my way for the better service.

It’s always been a pleasure working with Elco. If I’ve had an issue, it was handled. If I’ve had a question, it was answered. When I have service, “Hey we have some coupons for you.” It’s truly a wonderful experience, and it’s many of the reasons why I’m not interested in trying other shops.

Had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. During the sign in process, the individual was not the most friendly individual in fact he was rude. I ask them to give me their opinion on whether or not to have new brakes or not. I have 99000 miles on the car. When I paid for the work, the receptionist looked for a report on the brakes and she could not find one. She said to ask my check in person. She did not try to call him over or find him. I left and I'm not coming back. I was going to look for a new car since I bought the current car fromElco a couple of years ago.

Motor went out within one year of my Jeep would not recommend anyone to them again in life. Salesman Joe Taylor is the best and is willing to help anyone. Just didn’t work out this time , I’ve bought a vehicle from them with zero problems 9 years ago

Body shop was incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to fix everything in a timely manner. Someone ended up putting a few door dings in my truck at the dealer’s lot and the body shop took care of it for free! Gave me a free loaner too. Painless process. Didn’t have a worry on my mind.

There was a weird issue going on with my daughters car. I called and set up an appointment for them to look at it even though we both had a hard time trying to explain the way the car was acting but they got us in very quickly and in one day found out the problem and fixed it and it now runs great! Couldn’t be happier with the service and quick turnaround! Never taken the car anywhere other than Elco and won’t in the future! Best dealership ever and I’m over 50!?

I took my vehicle in for an oil leak and a check engine light being on. They claimed to have found a bunch of different leaks totaling thousands of dollars in repairs. I reluctantly accepted, had the work done, paid and took my vehicle home. By the time I got home, it was still leaking and still had the check engine light on. I took it back to them and they magically found more leaks and claimed to have more ideas about how to address the check engine light. After another thousand dollars paid for the second round of repairs, I drove my vehicle home. Immediately after leaving their lot, I could hear noise from my front suspension. Attempting to troubleshoot it, I took a detour on the way home to continue driving the vehicle. After a few more minutes of normal driving, my left front tie rod end fell completely off the front wheel....(this is a safety critical component and lack of tie rods will cause loss of steering). I was able to limp the vehicle home as this happened very close to my residence. Upon further inspection, my right side tie rod end was very loose and about to give way. My left tie rod end was hanging down and had drug the ground while getting the vehicle home. While they did give me a rental car while they addressed these issues after my vehicle had to be towed back to them (the third visit in a very small window of time), their first attempted fix for my tie rods was apparently to just bolt the old ones back on with new nuts even though one had been dragging the ground (this is not how they are done at the manufacturer). When they called me and told me this, I immediately went in to talk to their service manager. The service manager said he was vaguely aware of the situation but really didn't understand the details or how this could have happened. Only after I suggested they install new parts to replace the ones that had come loose and drug the ground did he really seem to be engaged in the conversation and installed new parts to appease me. All around an absolute JOKE of an experience....a JOKE of a service department and I absolutely would not take my vehicle here if I were you. They literally almost killed me. I have pictures, shop work orders and everything in case anyone is in doubt of this experience.

I bought my car brand new from them in 2017. Never been in an accident, always got the oil changes done. Car currently has 24,000 (twenty four thousand, not a typo) miles on it.Was just told the engine light is on and it's a 2k dollar fix that's not covered under the extended warranty which they said I had yesterday. I'll never buy anything from Elco ever again, and they've ensured I'll never buy another Chevy or GM too. Absolutely not.
