Corey Dickerson was outstanding! He worked so hard for us to get us out of our trade-in that we were a bit behind on, plus truly helped us understand what we wanted in a new Subaru. He was happy to show us car after car, and finally worked out a great deal on the perfect fit. I would recommend him to anyone visiting this Dean Team.

Talked to Sam Goevert today. Absolutely stress free experience. Had a lot of knowledge about the car I exactly wanted. I'm liking a car from a competitor slightly better but seriously considering going Subaru just because of the amazing experience.

Great experience working with Dean Team! Shawn was fantastic! I submitted an inquiry online and he called us back immediately, answered all of our questions over the phone and gave us a fair deal! Shawn is helpful, thorough, friendly and professional. We were able to find the exact Outback that we wanted and are happy with the entire process. We’ll certainly go back to Dean Team in the future.

Shawn was great to deal with. He helped us order a new Subaru at msrp, during a time when it was more difficult to do so - during a time of limited nationwide inventory. We were able to get our car quicker than it normally would have taken to order from the factory, as he reached out to us about an inbound car that matched the specific requirements we had laid out.Overall Shawn was on top of every step of the process, making it an enjoyable experience overall. The Dean Team Subaru team was phenomenal. This is the 3rd Subaru we've purchased from them, and no matter how many times we've looked at other brands and other dealerships, we have always gone back. The team, overall, is very respectful and knowledgeable; they aren't pushy and don't try to convince you to get something you don't want.We purchased our Ascent with Michael Kaufmann, and he was exceptional. He answered every question we had, was very patient with us, and was respectfully matter-of-fact and candid with us during our car-buying experience. He was very attentive and respectful to our time constraints as well.I would 100% recommend Michael and the Dean Team Subaru team to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Mike Kaufman was our salesman for our fourth purchase from Dean Team Subaru and our second purchase with him.From the moment I called him to inquire about a new Crosstrek he was nothing but helpful, kind, and professional.Mike went out of his way to make sure we knew every step of the build process and was incredibly patient with my emails while sitting at home waiting for it to come in. (A week short of 2 months from deposit to delivery)There were a few things that changed among the trim levels with the new design and he let my husband and I know accordingly so that we could make any changes we needed so we were not delivered a car with features missing that we expected.We will always recommend Dean Team for a no hassle deal. Everything was done over email with absolutely none of the angst and annoyance we have experienced at other St. Louis Subaru dealers.Go see Mike! He will put you in the car that you want at a price you want!

Dean Team Subaru has always provided top notch service to my car. This recent warranty work was unexpected and they were able to fix my car in a short period of time. They always offer a loaner car, even though I didn't need one this time. Best dealership I've ever dealt with.

Who puts more than 2-gallons of oil in a crankcase that only holds 5-quarts...? Dean Team.Who puts antifreeze in the water fluid reservoir...? Yep, Dean Team.Who won't honor their contract paperwork that "everyone" signs...? Yep, the Dean Team.I don't trust these guys and will not buy from then ever again - and I don't recommend you do either.05/28/2023 Update:The Manager FINALLY accepted 'Section 301.210' - AFTER legal actions were approached (and this was after the Manager was not originally willing to honor the contract paperwork; telling us to get a lawyer). So...the sale was essentially negated - as though it 'never' took place; which is how the paper work that 'everyone' signed and how Section 301.210 is worded.Item to note: The salesman was excellent to deal with and was as stuck in the middle of this process as much as we were. So a big 'thanks!' to him for trying to facilitate the processes.We are happy to be done with Dean Team and I'm sure they are happy to be done with us...

Literally the worst experience at a car dealership in my life. Bought a car with warranty. Should've been a free oil change. They charged me $115. Took FIVE pretty much six hours to "change the oil" gave me my car back dirty. Will never be back nor recommend to ANYONE.

My appointment was for check-up and oil change/tire rotation. The service center was clean and the advisor (Duke) was ready to greet me and prepared to take my car. The waiting area s very convenient and comfortable. I find the dealership to be friendly, professional, and efficient.

What we calculated on paper coming in and what was presented was the same within a literally few dollars. They have fair straight forward pricing, and we will probably be back to get a Crosstrek here in the not too distant future.

While looking for a new Subaru, my buddy, who is the sales manager of a luxury dealership in town, recommended Dave Smith at Dean Team Subaru in Ballwin. I'm so glad I listened. Dave is GREAT. He took such good care of us, and got us a far better price than I figured we'd get. Dave helped with service after the sale, and continues to follow up on a regular basis. I can't recommend him highly enough.Also, the Dean Team service department, especially Duke, have also been stellar. Friendly, prompt greetings and super fast service.Well done, Dean Team!

Went to Dean Team Subaru was met by Dave Smith, we didn’t know what we really were looking for, told Dave what we wanted in a vehicle and he pointed us towards a Forster and we are so glad he did. What a wonderful experience went above and beyond expectations.
