Ed Gerardo and his team at Dean Team were fantastic to work with. No car buying experience is ever completely smooth, but as issues came up Ed and team were quick to address them with me. The team at Dean Team was courteous, prompt, and attentive throughout the process. I had a great overall experience will Dean Team and will definitely be back for my next Subaru!

I bought my 2024 Outback from Dean team recently and it was a no pressure experience. Today I had a great demonstration from Chase Duke to make sure I understood today’s vehicle features and answer any questions I had. Later I was introduced to their Subaru service support team to answer other questions I had as well. Everyone I’ve seen or spoke with here has been wonderful.
YES! I’d recommend them to a friend.

My experience began on a Wednesday when multiple warning lights came on and my car was shifting roughly as I started up from a stop. I first sought service by attempting to schedule a service appointment online. When that didn't work, I tried using the chat. Finally, I called and the female answering the phone said there were not service appointments remaining that week. When I asked if that meant I should take my car elsewhere, she said "yes, sorry". I then took my car to two mechanics who diagnosed a transmission problem and said I would need to have the repair done at the dealership. I scheduled online for the first available appointment which was Monday at 9:40 am. I dropped my car off on the prior Friday to be left for service. I was called by the service department both Monday afternoon and again on Tuesday afternoon after my scheduled service appointment to be told "Sorry, your car got over looked today." Finally the car was seen on Wednesday and the service tech diagnosed a transmission problem, which I already knew was the issue. This unfortunately totaled the car, but I was still charged the diagnostic fee for this "new" information. I won't be back.

I took several months to make a purchase. These guys were never pushy which I really appreciated. This was my first SUV and Subaru so I wanted to make sure this right the purchase. It’s been 6 mos. Since made my purchase and I’ve been thrilled with my Forester. It’s a great safe vehicle and I just love it. Dean Team is great looking forward to seeing them when I come in for maintenance! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We were unsure what Subaru we wanted. Our salesman showed us both of the vehicles we were considering. Then we test drove with no rushing or pressuring from salesman. When we retire from test drive we sat down with salesman and had a very pleasant conversation about the two vehicles. We decided to think about it for a couple days. The second day salesman called to see if we had additional questions.
We returned to dealer and decided to purchase an Advent Touring. This was the smoothes car purchase we have ever made.
Everyone we met at dealership was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend Dean Team to everyone.

As unpleasant an experience as I have ever had in my life. Wes was both pushy and incompetent. He knew my payment range, and didn’t bother to try to get me in a vehicle that fit until after my credit was pulled. Then the vehicle after was had an absurd amount of miles for the price. Don’t go there unless you want the stereotypical, bad used car experience

I love my new Outback. Had a slight hiccup with picking the right car with the features I wanted, but it all turned out great in the end. The manager was terrific and truly wanted me to be happy with my purchase and I am!
