Sign on door says hours have changed, from 10 AM to 6 PM, however, at 10:30 AM. No one is here, tried to call the number and it stated voicemail is full! Would give zero stars if possible

Came to this Cricket because it was the closest and it had said it was open online, only to come and find out that they had new store hours set on a paper taped on to the window, and open sign was still on. All this was even though, according to online, the store was still open for over half an hour. Very disappointed.

This is by far my favorite Cricket Store. The two customer service associates/managers Emrah and Glen are great people. They are always in a good mood, and for anyone who has a lot of questions about cell phones or are not sure how something works on their phone, Emrah and Glen are more than happy to show you step by step how to resolve your problems. They strive to put a smile on their customers' faces when they leave the store. These two gentlemen embodies the perfect example of exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this store for any of your cellular issues, or if you're simply in the market for a phone. I guarantee you will leave the store happy. Check them out.

Superb customer service! We were happy Sprint customers until T-Mobile forced us over to their network ... nothing but dropped calls in the middle of Chesterfield. I moved my S8+ to Cricket with no problems ... 30 days later, moved my wife's S8+. Sprint wanted to tie us to a 2-yr 5G phone upgrade ($1,200 for two phones) with no guarantee it would help our reliability. Glenn and Emrah (Cricket) are great! Glad we gave Cricket a try.

Have been with Cricket for about 3 years and have been to several of their stores. The Ballwin store, by far, provides the best service of all of them. Glen and Emrah have provided us with excellent technical information and friendly, excellent customer service! Five stars!
