“This is my 2nd interaction with TH Computers and it was all good. My gaming pc was having odd overheat issues. After a lot of testing by them we decided to re-platform to a larger HAF case for cooling purposes. They also tuned the heat settings since my AMD Ryzen was/is the problem. The new case and internals look nice and clean and no overheat issues since. Very reasonable pricing. I will definitely repeat when I need something done.”

The promised ship date was accurate.They don't tell you the product is in stock, take your money, then tell you it's backordered.Prices are excellent as well. I started ordering from Business Systems Connection for some fiber routers. “'Been a customer for quite a while, and am never disappointed with the high level of service. These guys know what they're doing, and are easy to deal with.Only one issue (and it's not the store's fault) ... the Handicapped parking spots are not anywhere near the actual store fronts where they should be; and people with a disability have to walk (or "roll") all the way across the parking lot to get to the stores. I guess that the owner of this strip mall never heard of the ADA.”

“Went in for a simple fix - replacement of a cracked camera lens cover. They didn't have the piece but ordered it right away. Went back the next week and they replaced it quickly at the rate originally quoted. Can't ask for more than that!”
