Cancelled my MVP membership in the parking lot after drying my truck. Always have soap residue on rear of my roof. Also, found a deep deep 1 1/2” scratch on lower front passenger door after wash. I can’t prove what caused it but I know it wasn’t there 2 days ago and it either happened here inside car wash or at the Ford dealership I go to (where I just had warranty work done). I never park near any vehicles to avoid damage to my doors & I’m one of those people who park a mile away from anyone…

The pressure washers who pretreat your car took off the clear coat of paint on my passenger front door. The claims department has pictures prior to the wash which shows no damage. I have been in the auto detailing service for 12 plus years and know exactly what a pressure washer mark looks like. I get it things happen but take responsibility for your employees mistakes. You have lost me for a customer forever because of the ways you have handle things. I will especially make sure to tell everyone about my experience and tell them to never use you.

I would give 5 stars but the underbody spray doesn't seem to be working. Everytime I've used the MVP wash this past month the undercarriage of my car is still dirty. It's disappointing because it's a really good carwash otherwise. Hoping they fix this!

My Granddaughter loves going because of all the colored soap and lights. She is 7 and easily impressed.
I like going because my car is always clean when we are done.
Their vacuums have lots of power and really get the grime out of the floors and seats.
They also offer towels and window cleaner at their locations.
I've had a membership for roughly 2 years. One doesn't need a membership to use the car wash or vacuums. They have $10 Tuesdays. Probably have other deals I'm simply not aware of.

Club car has made it easy and economical to frequently wash my cars. The vacuums (1 left and 1 right) for each vehicle are powerful and easy to handle. The associates are hard-working and friendly. Just a good experience on a regular basis.
