The Phone Zone responded to my messages very quickly with the information I needed. I was able to schedule an appointment online. When I went in the employee was so kind. He saw that only my camera protector was broken not the lens. He took that off and even offered to replace the protector. Great service!

Went in for a simple fix - replacement of a cracked camera lens cover. They didn't have the piece but ordered it right away. Went back the next week and they replaced it quickly at the rate originally quoted. Can't ask for more than that!

My wife dropped her phone and the screen completely shattered. I called Phone Zone, gave them the model, they had the replacement sent overnight, and the phone was fixed and perfectly running the next day. Highly recommend.

Great customer service! At first I thought the price was high for an iPhone screen repair but after calling around to about 5 other places nearby, phone zone was by far the cheapest. He spent a great deal of time explaining and showing me the problem and the fix. The repair didn't work the first time so they ordered a new part and replaced it again for free. Would definitely recommend them for a screen replacement!

Wonderful experience! Very speedy, and great customer service! He explained everything very well, and my phone looks and performs excellent. Reasonable pricing. Very good contact. I would recommend to anyone with phone repair issues! Very glad I found this place when looking to get my screen fixed.

I had an issue with my phone. It's an older model (Moto G4). I needed a battery and Phone Zone was able to find a replacement battery at a very reasonable price Customer service was 1st rate and very professional. It's never good news when you have a phone issue but if you ever do I would very strongly recommend The Phone Zone-Manchester for any repairs. BTW my phone works like it's brand new
