Our check engine light was coming on and off for over two years, Honda dealer and another shop could not figure out the problem. CarX was able to diagnose and figure it out! Check engine light has not came back on since! Great Service!

I called Thursday afternoon and talked with Jeff. I told him I needed a price on an oxygen sensor replacement for my vehicle. He wouldn't give me a price over the phone but asked me to come in the next morning and he would hook it up to the computer and let me know a price to fix the issue. I've gone to this location before and they have done this for me in the past. Friday is my day off and I had plans with my kids but I agreed to stop in so he could look and give me the exact price. I showed up and signed the generic paperwork I always sign and didn't look at it. They checked the computer and told me the oxygen sensor needs replaced, which I already knew, and it would be $1,700+ because they needed to do a tune up and charge for a bunch of other things I didn't want. I said I'd need to think about it and then he charged me $133 for the diagnostic. I was confused and told him that I was told by him yesterday that there would be no charge. He told me I signed a form for them to charge me for a diagnostic and that their time isn't free. After a minute of arguing and explaining that I don't know the difference between them hooking it up to the computer and running.a diagnostic, he told me I signed the paper and I had to pay. I had my kids with me and didn't want to cause a scene so I paid the $133. Don't trust a free quote and definitely don't sign anything without reading it fully first. Jeff is generally very helpful (they always try to up-charge and add extra services but I expect that from a repair shop, especially a chain) but this time he was very rude after I questioned being charged. I'm very disappointed because they have helped me in the past but I won't be going back again after this.

I had such a great experience at this location! I was having break issues & was told I could come in immediately to be seen. The team was very informative about the process & explained all options that I had to repair the car. I will definitely be going back!

Needed an inspection as the dealer sent me out with an expired one. I left the car and Jeff was able to work me in so I was able to head next door to the conveniently located DMV and get my plates that day. Thanks for helping me out in a pinch!!
Went back and Jeff took great care us again!!
