The customer service and relationship with the team here is amazing. I brought my family here from out of town and they have never experienced this great of service from a running store before. I would recommend Big River to ANY and ALL looking for a pair of shoes!

I went here to get my first “real” pair of shoes. I didn’t actually know my size so they were kind enough to get me fitted. Once they got broken in, my Hoka shoes solved most of my walking problems. Be warned though, the movement of the shoe can take a bit to get used too.
