Just go to apple. I spent $40 less here than the $129 I would've at apple to get my phone screen fixed and it was given back to me without a working home button. I still had to pay the price of the repair even though it was in worse condition. To get a working home button I will have to buy a brand new phone as it is unrepairable. Spend the extra money for a guaranteed fix, and definitely don't go here.

This place is not safe for 53 ft trailers. This is in a residential area and I needed assistance from a police officer and a worker just to turn this truck around. The entrance is also on a short, but very steep slant. Took 15 min in total to just get in a position to get docked. Those small box trucks should be ok, but not suggested for big trucks in my opinion.

These guys know what they're doing. You think it's just batteries, but they have so much more. I recently needed a new disc battery for my key fob. Got it, plus education, free installation, and info.

Super easy and fast online ordering and in store pick up when you know what you need. Very knowledgeable, polite and friendly experts in store when you need more support. Sure big box stores may save you a few cents, Amazon may even save you a few dimes but neither provide the energy this team does. Recharge today at Batteries Plus.

I had my iPhone battery replaced here a couple of days ago. I didn't make an appointment and they said to give them an hour. It was ready when they said and at a very reasonable price. They also checked the charging port but just cleaned instead of replacing. Wow- phone is perfect again and it was so quick and easy. And of course, masks and social distancing. I will definitely be back when my electronics need help! Great place!

My Taylor scale brought me back August 19. When I walked in with my scale, I said, "It said LO, so I thought it meant I lost weight." Everybody in the store laughed, including customers. Good people at the store, good customers. Helpful in every way. Didn't get his name: took the scale, removed the screw and the cover, then the battery. Replaced the battery for $4.34. The last scale battery I got was mid-November 2015. I can work with that. I'll remember them also for watch batteries and bulb replacements, as they have helped with all.

Until I discovered Batteries Plus Bulbs, I used to go to hardware stores to find a bulb. This meant pushing my shopping cart up and down the light bulb aisle, keeping my fingers crossed that I would find the right bulb. At Batteries Plus Bulbs, you just tell the staff what you are looking for, and they will point you right to the correct bulb ---- in a matter of seconds!

Cracked my phone screen, and brought it to Batteries Plus. They've fixed my phone before, so I thought to try it again. They fixed the cracks, but disabled my home button. They asked me to come back in to "try" to fix it. Batteries Plus admitted their tech guy couldn't fix the problem, but they still wanted him to try. I was without a phone for an entire day, and came back to the same broken phone. No one could advise me about what they can do to fix it. Didn't even get an apology. Called the store manager the next day, and he was no help. Told me they would talk to Apple, and he'd call me back in 15 minutes. An hour later, no call. I want my phone fixed. Will never recommend Batteries Plus to anyone again, and will be pulling all my business from this company. A major waste of my time, and money. Highly disappointed.

What I like about Batteries Plus Bulbs is everything. The location is very convenient with very knowledgeable sale professional. When in doubt about finding the correct size batteries come to Batteries plus. This is always my go to place for replacement for everything batteries. Great service. I had an iPhone that wouldn't work with most charger cords unless it was jammed in and jiggled around. Some didn't charge at all. I figured the contacts were worn and needed to be replaced. Turns out the charger port was jammed full of pocket lint. They cleaned it out and now works great. I was out of there in 5 minutes and they didn't charge me anything. I'll definitely be back.

Came right at closing. The guy inside would not even talk to me. I had an emergency situation, and he just blew me off and wouldn't even here me out. I would have paid double for service, and I understand the business needs to close. I'm just frustrated that he would not even talk to me. This is west county service in a nutshell

I bought the best battery possible and the most expensive one for my car, since day one the battery won’t hold charge even though it’s my daily driver after I get somewhere and shut off the car the battery goes dead in two hours. 1st contact with the store, they told me it’s the car not the battery. Took the car to Maserati and they examined it and gave me a report that it’s the battery. Called them back and they requested I bring the car so they can examine the battery again
