BofA has really gone down hill the last few years. Closed branches. No one answering phones on the ones that are open. Will probably move my $$ to somewhere I can actually talk to someone.

It is CLOSED to inside service. Only the walk-up and the Drive up ATM's are open as of 5/29. The only inside service is at Clarkson and Clayton and Manchester and Weidman.

I'm glad they maintain this branch in Ballwin, but it is a bummer the drive through is not available anymore. And, they maintain a skeleton crew so there are often waits in line.
