We spent weeks contacting companies and exploring showrooms in search of a new gas fireplace and kept getting astronomical quotes without anyone actually coming to look at our house. Frank (owner) at St. Louis Home Fires was amazing from the start! He personally came out to our house before providing us a quote for the work and accompanied his team a few days before the scheduled job just to ensure they knew exactly what work was required. “The staff was super friendly, and even helped me load the soil onto the flat bed cart with me. After I was done checking out, there was a younger lady in the garden area who was told to go on break, and offered to help load the soil in the truck with me, since the guys that usually do it weren't around. I didn't want her to have to go to work while on her break, but she insisted. That kind of work is hard to come by.
Then the guy that usually does it, finally comes out of hiding, and the girl asks him to help. He says yes and even pushes the heavy cart for me to where I parked and loaded it into the truck with me.
I was very impressed with how everyone was working together. That is what I call true teamwork.
I will definitely be coming back to this location.”
