I went in to ask about information for travel to Hawaii and the person at the reception desk was extremely rude and informed us that the agent would charge us for information??? Isn't that part of being a member of AAA? Good thing I did this before renewing my membership. I will never go to that office again and might think of another service for my insurance and automotive needs.

Showed up 10 min before close and they are only willing to help if I'm a premier member as soon as it was clear I was classic member the willing to help went out the door.Will not be renewing the membership

Very hard to reach via phone. I feel like I pay my premiums, and pockets are getting padded, with no assistance from agent.

Going to Florida needed trip ticket , even booked room for on the way down . Glad we went didn't know highway 55 was closed in Memphis glad we went to AAA

Maybe true at each, but this local office said all they can do is take and cancel memberships. NOT MUCH SERVICE. Needed a flat changed, robot experience then live person said be there in 25 HOURS. Now they give the BIG runaround for reimbursement. Done with AAA. Rip you off on insurance and travel commissions; roadside assistance is just a hook to get ya. Poor lady at local office listened to my rant for frickin $75 but she said she can do nothing. Why have a "local" office at all, if no service is provided?

Been with them about twelve yrs. My only problem is trying to get the right person and when U think you're with whom you want to speak with, not so and get transferred to someone else. But overall good company.
