Showed up 10 min before close and they are only willing to help if I'm a premier member as soon as it was clear I was classic member the willing to help went out the door.Will not be renewing the membership

Very hard to reach via phone. I feel like I pay my premiums, and pockets are getting padded, with no assistance from agent.

Going to Florida needed trip ticket , even booked room for on the way down . Glad we went didn't know highway 55 was closed in Memphis glad we went to AAA
