I got 2 20lb cylinders filled and he shorted each one . He tared the scale out and stopped gas before it registered on the indicator. They will say they are giving you 20 but it's 15 just like everywhere else. I checked on my scale at home and had 9lbs shy of 40.

Sitting here with my 3 year old freezing because they "Can't deliver to me for 7-10 days" but delivered to my neighbors the day after I put my order in.My tank was 10ft from my neighbors but they couldn't fill me up?

Worst possible experience with this company that does not seem able to communicate or deliver propane to its customers. They will leave you in dangerduring winter months without propane and empty promises about when they can deliver if you are even able to reach the company. They do not even deserve one star. Avoid this company like the plague.

They don't even deserve one star. My mom and grandpa ordered propane from then a good week or two BEFORE this baaaad weather hit. Nothing. Nothing at all. I thought elderly and children were first in making sure they had heat and ac. What if they lose power in the snow storm? I'm in a completely other state than they are. Worst propane service ever.

The worst company ever! They let the elderly and disabled freeze! I'm pretty sure its against the law what they're doing. In frigid temperatures, no one should be without heat. They don't care about their customers. If I could give 0 stars I would! I hope you get sued and lose your business!

I have a friend who has been waiting for Propane to be delivered since a little before February 7th and still hasn't received propane. She has medical issues and her father is elderly and they have been freezing for at least 2 weeks. If this doesn't get resolved I will call the news myself to shed light on this situation. How can a company be so heartless?

Worst since you order propane and never know when you will receive it. Also you cannot pay at office because not dropping cash through door without a receipt.

Worst service I have ever had. I called on Wed the 16th and they said they would put me on the schedule. I called on Monday and asked when they would come and they told me they couldn't see so I called on Tuesday and they said I was on the schedule for and they never showed up. I called again on Wednesday and they said I was never on the schedule I had to talk to 5 different people that didn't know what they were doing and then I get a call that they are at my house and can't fill it because nobody was home.

I hate that you can never get anybody on the phone when you call and you have to call three or four times before anybody will call you back. I think they have extremely poor customer service.

They dont seem to want to answer there phone they have perty propane tanks and trucks and a list of rules and regulations that a lawyer wouldnt have time to read or just get board reading them

Last year, with the previous owners, we couldn't get them out during the coldest time of the year. We ended up having to conserve our propane for over a week. We had to wear our coats and scarves in the house! When new people took over, I thought "great, now it'll be worse." No, it was so much better! The first time we called, they came out the very next day! The second time we called, one of their trucks was in the area and the guy came within the hour!! That never happened with the previous management/ownership even if there was a truck in the area. Thank you, Pinnacle!

I have been a customer of Titan Propane for 10 years. Not by choice but because of renting. Do not buy propane from then. You will fight them, be lied to, and have to fight to get any in your tank. I have been promised 4 different delivery times. I had to pay cash up front to get propane but we cannot get a refund in cash - it has to be put in and wait for them to send refund. Not a good practice. Today I have called Customer Care after being hung up on 5 times and they were trying not to talk to me. I finally told them they best not hang up because if they did Sheriff's Dept. would contact them tomorrow. Because to take my money and not deliver product is fraud. I have filed complaint with Better Business Bureau too. I still have not seen propane after waiting for the 5th promised day and ice coming in tonight. I was told it will be here tonight now only because I filed a complaint. So here is Customer Care No. if anyone else needs to call it: 1-800-427-4968.
