The mechanic was so Cool & actually sat down with me 2 times & explained everything to me very thorough the few things that were wrong with my Car but he did figure out how to fix the problem I had been dealing with for at least 2 months!!!! I was SOOOO Happy when I left there I almost cried LOL I didn't ? cry!!!! And I'm still Happy with what he fixed!!!! I was SOOOO impressed that he actually sat down & talked to me in layman's terms because I am NOT a mechanic!!!! LOL That I didn't get his name or I can't remember it!!!! There customer service Lady Amy was SOOOO kind, friendly & helpful with my grandson Kash she gave him cracker's & there were a couple of toy cars he got to play with also!!!! Great experience!!!!”
