“Payments are due on whatever day you get the unit the first month from then on. They range from 20.00 to around 60.00 per month. Sizes range from 5×5 to 20×60. The storage facility is not gated, however is located in a small town where everyone knows everyone and a neighbor wouldn't hesitate to call in a theft. People generally keep to them selves aside from a friendly wave or the one local cop who cruises the town on his bike stopping by and offering his help with a load. He seemed like a very nice man. Owners expect you to pay on time And clean up after yourself but nothing else. The owners made leaving a simple process . Remove your stuff, and clean out the trash before your next month is due. The locks cost 10.00 and are yours to keep when you leave. Payments don't require going in or making small talk just grab and envelope fill it out and drop payment in the after hours box by the front door. All in all it was a pleasure to do business with them. I only gave 4 stars because of the lack of additional security features since its accessibility is so easy.”
