I have had phone service with them since 1983. I cannot recall a single time that I came across a rude employee.They have always taken care of any issues I has in a friendly and professional manner.

I have never had a problem that wasn't resolved by calling the main office. They are always helpful, and provide excellent customer service. Not to mention they provide gigabyte internet service to or rural community. Their price beats the other competitor, and so does their customer service.
