They gave me the wrong parts 3 time and would not accept returns or cores had to go to van Buren AR to exchange the parts and cores

Very helpful people here. The gentleman helping me this evening even asked if I had gotten my 4wd to work! That was probably 3 months ago and he remembered me! Very impressive! Thanks for all of the help to everyone in the Aurora store!

The counter people were super nice and told me about a loaner tool program that helped me out a lot with the project I was working on because I don't wanna buy a tool I'd only use once. Will go back to them again for my little car projects .

Always there to help and always polite. Only issue, we had a part on hold that we had to return twice for due to no phone calls back to us. Part never came in so 3rd try and we managed to locate it! Very polite and respectful people working there

Every time I go to this O'Reilly store The staff is more than friendly and courteous. They are willing to help and have great prices. O'Reilly's is my auto parts store for sure
