Worst storage I've ever been too, beware if you are 15 days late the will charge you 15 dollars and make it so you can't get into your storage unit for being 15 days behind they take your code out of the system. Also if you don't give them a 2 week notice they take half of your security deposit. Worst customer service I have ever had, I would avoid this place and go to a different storage unit.

Avoid this place like the plague, worst customer service I've encountered since moving to Aurora, ripped me off on the security deposit for no reason.

I’ve had a great experience with them! They reply quickly to phone calls and emails. Very friendly and helpful! Units are very nice and clean. Best storage units in Aurora!
