I called to ask about a storage unit and the lady that answered the phone was not only rude, but she quoted me storage units that weren't available and was absolutely no help at all. I won't be using that facility ever!

Avoid this place like the plague, worst customer service I've encountered since moving to Aurora, ripped me off on the security deposit for no reason.
