Over 120$ my daughter got her propane tank yanked from her, even after she paid it was told by the owner he would never bring it back out, she has 3 little kids. Doing business like this is evil!!!

Customer service over the phone was absolutely horrible… as a new customer and new to propane.. however, customer service walking into the location was fantastic! Everyone was nice and on point. Any questions I asked were knowledgeable and comprehensive.

These guys!!They took care of everything. They're good people, and they did a fantastic job. Not only that, they were timely. They got everything installed, tested, and ready while the plumber was at lunch...!!

After being a customer for many years, I decided to change companies since their price was beginning to become consistently higher than their competitors.I requested that they come pick up their tank and let them know I'd return as a customer if the change didn't work out.Having 20% left in our 325 gallon tank which we bought at $1.60, I expected to receive a check for $104.00.I received my check today for $9.00 after i was charged $60.00 for them to pickup their own tank and they calculated the remaining propane at the current price of $1.15.I'm glad it wasn't close to full! No telling what the charge would have been.It sure isn't the same as when the William's family owned it!
