Riding in the big vans that accommodate wheelchairs is miserably uncomfortable. When you hit bumps, you're likely to hit your head on something. I have back, hip and neck problems and my daughter has Ehler-Danlos which means ALL her joints hurt so these rides can be excruciating. But the staff/drivers are friendly and they have gotten us a minivan when scheduling allowed for it. ?

I schedule transportation for clients through Logisticare every week and never get any complaints except for drivers with this company, especially Brett. I have clients who refuse to be transported by him, they are fearful during rides.
